Cross-browser compatible right click context menu in JavaScript

Compatible with all browsers: Internet Explorer 6+, Firefox 3, Chrome 1, Safari 3, Opera 9*

* If you are using Opera you need to enable the following settings in Tools -> Preferences -> Content -> JavaScript Options...

• Allow raising of windows
• Allow lowering of windows
• Allow script to receive right clicks
