SVG Chromium Bug SVGReflection.js – Client-side image reflections using Scalable Vector Graphics.

Google Chrome (12.0.742.122) fails to scale the SVG mask correctly on resize.
The bug occurs only in Windows, Chrome on a OS X renders the SVG correctly.
